Project Engineer
Job Description: The Project Engineer assists and supports the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects. The ProjectEngineer position works under direct supervision, can supervise Field Engineers and Interns, performs routine dailyactivities, and gathers and distributes information. The Project Engineer must be a flexible and adaptable, team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Experience & Key Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree – Preference given to Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent - 3 years of industry experience preferred - Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products - Knowledge of Microsoft Project Scheduling - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to read drawings and specifications - Dependable -Function effectively as part of a team.

Project Superintendent

Job Description: The Project Superintendent manages on-site construction activities. Maintains and fosters the relationship of both the owner and subcontractors for assigned projects. The Project Superintendent is responsible for establishing, managing, and communicating the schedule throughout the duration of the project. The position requires strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as effective communication and client service skills.

Experience & Key Qualifications:  12 or more years of industry experience to include a field supervisory / leadership role preferred - Preference given to industry trade experience - Proficient with use of Microsoft Project Scheduling - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Thorough understanding of industry - Dependable - Lead and function effectively as part of a team.

Assistant Superintendent
Job Description:  The Assistant Superintendent coordinates on-site construction activities in accordance with the master schedule, priorities, and plans. Maintains and fosters the relationship between the project team and trade partners. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for managing and communicating the project schedule among the trade partners and their crews, ensure manpower and resources are available to maintain schedule, and assists the Project Superintendent with the onsite Safety program. The position requires strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience & Key Qualifications:   3 to 5 years of relevant construction experience preferred - Preference given to industry trade experience  - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints - Ability to communicate and report effectively - Dependable - Lead and function effectively as part of a team .
